Recruitment Screening

※ Health examination for recruitment will be conducted at a specialized institution during the selection process
  • Step 01 Document screening
    Based on the Company’s recruitment plan and the qualification requirements for each announcement, your application form is evaluated
  • Step 02 Interview screening
    Through the 1st or 2nd interview, the candidate’s suitability is evaluated based on his/her job competency, professionalism and match with the Company's principles.
  • Step 03 Personality and aptitude test
    Personality, organizational adaptability, and job fit are evaluated comprehensively through personality and aptitude tests.
  • Step 04 Final pass
    After the final pass, new employees are fostered as SI FLEX men through on-the-job training(OJT) after being assigned to departments.

· Reception period: Occasional
· Preparation form: Use our company's job application form or the recruitment portal's own form
· How to apply: Job application by E-mail, recruitment portal job application for positions announced by the Company

Notes and Matters to Be Attended to

· Those who are subject to reservation for national patriots and veterans receive preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
· There must be no grounds for disqualification for overseas travel.
· Joining the Company may be canceled if the submitted documents are found to be false.
· Documents for joining the Company can be submitted after the final pass.
· All recruitment documents are processed and discarded in accordance with the [Personal Information Protection Act] and [Act on Fair Recruitment Procedure].
· After submitting documents, successful applicants will be contacted individually.
